d\u2019\u00e9quipements                            \ncl\u00e9 en main pour la fabrication des \u00e9changeurs thermiques Roll-Bond \u00e0 haut rendement.\nLe cycle de production des plaques de refroidissement est comme suit:<\/p>\n<\/h2>\n<div>\n<p>Deux bobines d\u2019aluminium de la m\u00eame largeur sont d\u00e9roul\u00e9es, d\u00e9cap\u00e9es et bross\u00e9es simultan\u00e9ment<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/ALL.1.jpg\" alt=\"\"><br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/ALL.2.png\" alt=\"\"><\/p>\n<div>\n<p>Sur la bande inf\u00e9rieure, un circuit de canaux est imprim\u00e9 au moyen d\u2019une presse s\u00e9rigraphique.\nLes deux bandes sont r\u00e9chauff\u00e9es \u00e0 une temp\u00e9rature d\u2019environ 400\u00b0C dans deux fours continus et ensuite coupl\u00e9es et lamin\u00e9es \u00e0 chaud \u00e0 une pression de 600 tonnes.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>\u00c0 la sortie du laminoir \u00e0 chaud, les deux bandes sont totalement unies et, apr\u00e8s une phase de recuisson \u00e0 une temp\u00e9rature d'environ 450\u00b0C, la bande est refroidie, s\u00e9ch\u00e9e et coup\u00e9e en feuilles de la m\u00eame longueur. \nUne presse automatique ex\u00e9cute le gonflage en s\u00e9rie des panneaux Roll-Bond qui seront ensuite coup\u00e9s \u00e0 la mesure avec des lignes de coupe automatis\u00e9es ou des machines de coupe au laser.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\"
