alt=\"\"><\/p>\n<h1>ROLLING MILLS<\/h1>\n<div>\n<p class=\" translation-block\">Flat aluminium products are obtained through the rolling process, by which large aluminium formats, called plates, are placed into a rolling mill that transforms them into aluminium sheets of various thicknesses.                                                                                        \nUsually, the process begins with a hot rolling, which runs the aluminium block, back and forth, through a reduction roller.\nThe final rolling takes place cold, and the thickness of the sheet can be reduced up to translation-block\">Continuous casting is the process that leads directly from liquid metal to the semi-finished product. \nIn this way, it is possible to produce bars, profiles, strips and tubes both PRESSES<\/h1>\n<div>\n<p class=\" translation-block\">Aluminium profiles are obtained through an extrusion process, which consists in pushing a preheated cylindrical aluminium billet through a shaped mould.\nThe ease of extrusion of aluminium alloys, from which complex shapes can be obtained, allows designers to \u201cuse the metal where it is needed\u201d and to introduce multifunctional attraverso il quale dei formati di alluminio di grandi dimensioni, chiamati placche, vengono introdotti in un laminatoio che li trasforma in lamiere di alluminio di vario spessore.<br \\\/>Il processo solitamente inizia con una laminazione a caldo, che fa passare avanti e indietro il blocco di alluminio attraverso un rullo riduttore.
